    What is the role?

    We are seeking a Sales Lead to lead and nurture relationship with clients, expand their footprint in Indian market. A pure hunting role to set up business for India & lead the sales for India in future.

    Role : Individual contributor

    Profile: End to end sales, Hunting, account management, Enterprise sales

    Must-have : Good industry connects, CXO connects, Digital transformation solutions sales

    Good to have : Microsoft solution selling

    Experience: 10-15 years

    Location : Mumbai, Delhi

    Required Experience:

    • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in IT Services selling to business verticals like retail, Banking and Finance, Healthcare, Insurance
    • Proven track record of success managing a large territory, demand generation, strategic territory and account planning, forecasting, and quota attainment while maintaining customer

    loyalty, and effective communication via sales presentation skills.

    • Must Have: Either industry domain skills in any one of the key sectors - Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Pharma/Healthcare, Manufacturing/ Logistics or Software

    solutions/ package implementations.

    • Should have hands-on experience in writing proposals for IT Services.
    • Good presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and excel.
    • Nice to have an understanding/knowledge of digital solutions on Cloud platforms.
    • Articulate the business value of services to prospects regarding how these products can solve their complex Information Technology (IT) related problems.

    Role & responsibilities:

    • New prospects/ connects/ potential clients acquisition through prospecting
    • Build professional network, relationship with prospects and clients in India
    • Create opportunities through discussions/ presentations etc.
    • Engage potential clients to understand their business/ domain, identify business problems and potential solutions and create opportunity
    • Authoring software solutions/ proposals comprising of software and/or services. This would also include providing support for proposal response efforts. Own the opportunity throughout the proposal life cycle.
    • Grow existing clients by traversing through client organization/ SMEs, creating cross domain relationships and cross sell /upsell.
