Carry out renovation and launch of various ranges of polyurethane sealants under our brand in terms of :- a. Change in packaging and label design b. Revision in the product position and product performance

Effectively manage the PUL process, pi2m, FG code generation, change request, design and art portal, product hierarchy and other system related processes

: Assist category head/business heads in working out changes in pricing, incorporating schemes and forecasting

Timely Development of marketing aids and BTL content and customer presentations

Coordinate with CFT to facilitate PAN India launch process, resolution of product complaints, product availability

Conduct Market Research, analyze the competitor product offering and new application areas.

Carry out Pan India launches and team engagement activities with multiple project sales teams & SET, Retail teams to ensure that desired volumes are achieved at the end of the launch process.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering/Science is preferred.

3-12 years of relevant experience
