Description

About this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and research-active mentor with a strong academic background in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering to guide high school students in producing publishable-quality research projects.

Mentor and guide high school students (Grades 9–12) to ideate, research, and write high-quality scientific papers.
Help students identify focused, feasible, and impactful research topics in chemistry or interdisciplinary domains.
Provide feedback on structure, methodology, experimentation/simulations, and writing.
Assist in identifying suitable peer-reviewed journals or conferences for potential publication.
Oversee students' progress from project inception to final manuscript submission.

Responsibilities will include:

Mentoring high school students in developing research projects.
Guiding students in conducting experiments and simulations.
Providing feedback on students' research papers.
Assisting in publishing research projects in peer-reviewed journals.

Requirements include:

PhD (or final-year PhD) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or closely related fields.
Strong publication record and active engagement in research.
Preference for scholars from top institutions like IITs, IISc, or IIIT Hyderabad.
Experience mentoring undergraduates or school students is a plus.
Passion for science communication and nurturing young talent.
