- Creation of Seating CAE Models [Row1, Row2, etc]
- Able to mesh the seat parts as per the relevant meshing standards using Hypermesh.
- Able to build seat models using proper connections methodology using Hypermesh, Primer.
- Able to debug seat CAE models in LsDyna.
- Able to build seat analysis decks for SBA, luggage retention, HRP, Front Crash, Rear Crash, etcas per standard regulations like FMVSS & ECER in LsDyna.
- Able to build handle dummy and occupant related loadcases.
- Able to integrate dummy, restraints (airbag/seatbelt), seats into vehicle environment.
- Able to work using Include file structure.
- Able to run CAE full seat with occupant analysis in LSDYNA, summarize results and feedbackconclusions to customers in an efficient manner.
- Able to work effectively with design teams to develop solutions within defined deadlines andtime constraints.
- Having experience in CAE test correlation projects add more advantage.
- Have an awareness of potential design constraints (packaging, manufacturing etc.) and ensuredue consideration is given in developing solutions.
- experience in automotive full vehicle occupant/restraints analysis likedummies, airbags, seatbelts etc.
- Must have tools skillset- LSDYNA, Hyperworks, Oasys Primer, D3PLOT
- Working knowledge of Teamcenter/3D Experience
- Excellent communications skills, ability to communicate at all levels
- PC Literacy: Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, Word etc
