• Creation of Seating CAE Models [Row1, Row2, etc]
• Able to mesh the seat parts as per the relevant meshing standards using Hypermesh.
• Able to build seat models using proper connections methodology using Hypermesh, Primer.
• Able to debug seat CAE models in LsDyna.
• Able to build seat analysis decks for SBA, luggage retention, HRP, Front Crash, Rear Crash, etcas per standard regulations like FMVSS & ECER in LsDyna.
• Able to build handle dummy and occupant related loadcases.
• Able to integrate dummy, restraints (airbag/seatbelt), seats into vehicle environment.
• Able to work using Include file structure.
• Able to run CAE full seat with occupant analysis in LSDYNA, summarize results and feedbackconclusions to customers in an efficient manner.
• Able to work effectively with design teams to develop solutions within defined deadlines andtime constraints.
• Having experience in CAE test correlation projects add more advantage.
• Have an awareness of potential design constraints (packaging, manufacturing etc.) and ensuredue consideration is given in developing solutions.
• experience in automotive full vehicle occupant/restraints analysis likedummies, airbags, seatbelts etc.
• Must have tools skillset- LSDYNA, Hyperworks, Oasys Primer, D3PLOT
• Working knowledge of Teamcenter/3D Experience
• Excellent communications skills, ability to communicate at all levels
• PC Literacy: Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, Word etc
