Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels such as email,

chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and phone.

2. Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, shipping, and

returns to potential customers.

3. Assist customers in navigating our website, guiding them through the

purchasing process & connecting them to become purchasers through various

sales techniques.

4. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic

manner.

5. Collaborate with other teams, such as logistics and technical support, to

ensure timely issue resolution.

6. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, policies, and

processes to provide accurate assistance.

7. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company

guidelines.
