    Job/PositionOverview:
    As a Customer Success Executiveat Kennect you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overallsatisfaction and success of our clients. You will be the primarypoint of contact for our customers working closely with them tounderstand their needs address concerns and drive the adoption ofour product. Your engagement with the customers will begin shortlyafter handover from the Implementationteam.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    RelationshipManagement

    Serve as the mainpoint of contact for customers post golive building and maintainingstrong relationships.
    * Continuously engage withcustomers to understand their evolving needs andchallenges.
    * Act as customers voice for Kennectsinternal team.

    Product Adoption

    Monitor and encourage theeffective use and adoption of the product
    * Identifyopportunities to enhance the value customers derive from theproduct and provide guidance on bestpractices.

    Health Checks andMonitoring

    Conduct reviewsessions to assess customer satisfaction usage patterns and anypotential issues.

    Issue Resolution

    Address and resolve anycustomer issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
    *Work closely with internal teams such as Tech Team and Product Teamto ensure timely resolution of customerchallenges.

    Feedback Collection

    Actively seek feedback fromcustomers on their experiences and use it to drive continuousimprovement.
    * Collaborate with the product developmentteam to communicate customer needs and contribute to productenhancements.

    * You will be looked upon to set an examplefor good work procedures and practices.
    * Experience 01year( Freshers are welcome)
    * Technical skills SQL Excel.Advance Excel will be aplus.
