• Overallincharge for the respective center
• Member ofManagement Review Committee
• Chair the Unitlevel Review meeting and review the quality Status at theUnit
• Getting feedback from the Customers(Students and Industries) and initiating Corrective/ preventiveaction
• Evaluation of the faculty and initiationof Corrective/ preventive action
• Identify andProvide adequate resources
• Coordination ofDesign Entrance Examination and Common Examination as per theinstructions of Dir(Trg)
• Approval of ExternalServicing Agencies
• Disposition decision fornonconformance related to training
• Identify& provide the training needs of thestaff
• Identify the need for Statisticaltechniques for improving Service processcapability
• Identification of ContinualImprovement Projects and Implementation of thesame
• Checking the effectiveness of training andinitiating necessary corrective and preventiveactions
• Reviewing the subject coverage /Exercise completion and intermediate test performance of all thecourses conducted at the respectiveunit
• Responsible for sending report to parentson poor academic performance of their ward s in semesterexamination as per theformat.
