    Description

    Position Summary:


    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting methodologies, along with proven leadership skills to drive strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.


    Leadership and Strategy:

    • Develop and execute the overall strategy for the BI, Analytics, and Reporting unit in alignment with the bank's objectives and industry best practices.
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of BI initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

    Data Analysis and Insights:

    • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for senior management and various stakeholders.
    • Utilize advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling and machine learning, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and risk mitigation.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate data from multiple sources and enhance data quality and integrity.

    Business Intelligence Tools and Infrastructure:

    • Evaluate, select, and implement cuttingedge BI tools and technologies to enhance data visualization, reporting capabilities, and selfservice analytics.
    • Optimize data architecture and infrastructure to support the storage, processing, and analysis of large datasets in a secure and scalable manner.
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in BI and analytics to ensure the bank remains at the forefront of industry innovation.

    Reporting and Presentation:

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and scorecards to communicate key performance metrics and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Present findings & reporting's to executive leadership, board members, and other key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

    Governance and Compliance:

    • Establish and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
    • Partner with legal, risk, and compliance teams to address any issues or concerns related to data protection and regulatory compliance.
    • Experience in leadership or managerial role.
