    Job Overview

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team at Sambhav Pay, a leading fintech company based in Gurgaon, India. As an Account Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including preparing financial documents, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with budgeting and financial analysis. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
    • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A high level of integrity and professionalism.
    • Relevant Experience in service Industry, IT, Ecommerce & Finance or Fintech industry.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist with the preparation of financial documents, such as invoices, bills, and bank reconciliations.
    • Update and maintain accounting records and files.
    • Process and verify financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, and payroll.
    • Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
    • Conduct basic financial analysis and prepare reports.
    • Assist with audits and tax filings.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting and financial policies and regulations.
    • Provide support to the finance team as needed.
