    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at National Aircon India Pvt Ltd. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services. This role requires excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as a strong background in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and HVAC Engineering.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry or HVAC Engineering
    • In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Proficient in MS Office suite and ERP software
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies aligned with company goals and objectives
    • Identify potential suppliers and vendors, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate contracts and agreements
    • Ensure timely procurement of materials and services to meet project requirements
    • Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement needs are met
    • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for cost savings
    • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including pricing, delivery dates, and quality
    • Manage inventory levels and establish effective inventory control processes
    • Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and standards
    • Develop and train procurement staff to enhance their skills and performance
