    Job Title: Key Account Manager - Alcobev

    Location: Bangalore

    Job Overview: As a Key Account Manager in the alcohol industry, your primary responsibility is to manage and nurture relationships with key clients, such as large-scale distributors, retailers, and hospitality establishments. You will be tasked with driving sales, maximizing revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your assigned accounts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the alcohol industry, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    2. Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as acquiring new clients. Set sales targets, develop strategies to achieve them, and monitor performance against goals.
    3. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with the company's overall objectives. This may involve market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to execute plans effectively.
    4. Product Knowledge and Education: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and product offerings. Educate clients on the features and benefits of the company's products, conducting tastings, and providing training as necessary.
    5. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with key accounts. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
    6. Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to forecast demand and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting performance metrics and actionable insights.
    7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
    8. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages in India.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.


    Requirements

    • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the alcohol industry.
    • Strong understanding of the Indian alcohol market, including regulatory requirements and distribution channels.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
