    Description

    Job Description :

    • Manage Oracle Fusion & EBS Finance modules production support for a group of US Clients from offshore. Participate in rollouts, implementation, and upgrade of Oracle Fusion Finance modules as a Functional specialist.
    • Gather requirements from business users and provide functional design documents to technical team for Enhancement requests and extensions to Oracle EBS and Fusion finance modules.
    • Function as a Solution Architect and suggest solutions from oracle finance modules to meet the business requirements of our US Clients.
    • Understand and support the integration between Oracle Finance modules and third-party applications like Concur for expense reporting, ADP for Payroll Integration, AP Invoice processing Automation, Tax rate uploads, Forex rate uploads, and interfaces with Banks.
    • Exposure to Cost Accounting is a plus.

    Qualifications :

    • Two or three Oracle EBS or Fusion application implementation experience.
    • Two or three years of leading post-production support of Oracle EBS or Fusion applications.
    • Good understanding of a Oracle EBS and / or Finance modules: GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, EBTax, and SLA.
    b. Oracle EBS and / or Fusion architecture like Multi-Org, Sub Ledger Accounting, AOL, Desktop Integration (WEB ADI).

    c. Accounting flows in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing and Inventory.

    d.

    Knowledge of Advanced configuration around Inter company Setup, GL Consolidation, Revenue recognition and management, Multiple Reporting Currencies, Approval Management, Payment Manager Setup, ADR Setup, and Period Close Procedures including period end accruals, revaluations, period end reconciliations and interface monitoring.

    e. Exposure to Project Accounting is a plus.

    f. Knowledge of Hyperion, OBIEE is desirable but not a must.

    g. Proficiency in Excel and use of advanced features like Pivot Table, vlookup. Knowledge of VB Script and Macros is a plus.

    h. Knowledge of backend Oracle tables in EBS finance modules and ability to query data using SQL is a must.


    • Brilliant academic background, preferably CA / ICWA, MBA, B.Tech, M.Com from a reputed educational institution.
    • Exposure to US implementations is a plus.

    Great comprehension, excellent communication skills, good leadership qualities and ability to meticulously plan and execute are required
