Description

1. Plan, coordinate and facilitate WC implementation as per Chairman awards road map. Also to apprise the management on status of WCM activities implementation across the teams in the plant and office area. Train and guide subcommittee / group / team members on various key manufacturing focus areas.
2. Plan, monitor , control & recommend the system improvement and its effective implementation for the continual improvement in the fields of Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety and social Accountability. Integrate all systems for to oversee the progress.
3. Conducting internal and external customer surveys. Institutionalizing internal customer satisfaction index (ICSI) and external customer satisfaction index (ECSI) , Social Satisfaction Index, Employee Satisfaction Index
4. Six Sigma projects, RCM projects, PM analysis project mentoring, monitoring and analysing for the continual improvement
5. Expedite various National & Internal Award application for the development of morale and motivation of employee and focus on key business area for improvement
