    The Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst (BA) to join our growing team. He / She will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. He / She will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to develop and implement innovative fintech solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    · Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and user needs to identify areas for improvement and opportunity.

    · Partner with stakeholders across departments (product, engineering, sales) to gather and document requirements.

    · Develop user stories, write clear and concise functional specifications, and create mockups (if applicable).

    · Participate in the design, development, and testing of new fintech features and functionalities.

    · Monitor and analyze project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure project deliverables meet business objectives.

    · Stay up-to-date on emerging fintech trends and technologies.

    · Maintain clear and concise documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, science or Information Technology.

    · Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product manager at any of the banks limited to Federal bank, Capital First bank, ICICI bank, HDFC Bank or Axis bank only. Past experience of working on HL products or any products related to affordable segment will be a plus.

    · Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a strong plus.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.

    · Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

    · Experience with business process modelling (BPM) methodologies (e.g., BPMN) is a plus.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exposure to advanced Excel is a must.

    · Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and prior knowledge of using Jira, figma tools is a must.

    · Exposure to writing test scenarios and understanding API documentation and sandbox testing is a must. Knowledge of using postman is a plus.

    · Experience of working with external vendors for new development and bug fixing is a must

    · Prior coding knowledge in any programing language will be big plus

    · Experience of having run a customer rewards program or any engagement program can be a plus

    Note:

    We want to see the sample BRDs or explain the use cases you have recently written (that is outside the business confidentiality of your current / previous employment contract). Also we want you to imagine a customer in a tier-3 location wanting to repay an EMI digitally for a bounce NACH. The candidate applying for this position should write a requirement document to solve this use case with workflow diagrams from a customer and AGRIM point of view. We would also be interested to see the creative work (if any) done by you. Share the relevant urls if you have posted on public domain.
