    Job Description

    Lead a team of Area Sales Managers to deliver key business KPIs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define a strategy for the zone to drive growth and increase contribution from Accessories and adjacent business.
    • Implement TT GTM Strategy in the Region, including identifying and appointing exclusive dealers/distributers for AC.
    • Build effective lead management practices within the team to maximize sales conversion.
    • Drive execution effectiveness by leveraging new product launches, non-Bonded share, millionaire dealer, etc.
    • Collaborate with Key User Manager (KUM) and Regional Heads to ensure common goals are supported and driven effectively.
    • Work with Marketing and Research (MKR) to provide feedback on new product development processes.
    • Monitor competition activities and trends.
    • Utilize digital and analytics tools for business effectiveness.
    • Conduct structured reviews with a sharp focus on key business drivers.
    • Manage the team, developing competency to drive high-performance culture.
    • Provide constructive feedback to team members on an ongoing basis.
    • Identify and nurture talent for manpower hiring.

    Requirements:

    • Engineer + MBA degree.
    • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in trade sales.
    • Understanding of market, product, or allied products.
    • Working knowledge of distribution business.
    • Excellent communication skills, fluent in local language as required.
    • Negotiation skills.
