    We are seeking a skilled Saviynt Implementer to join our team. The Saviynt Implementer will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and deploying the Saviynt platform to meet our clients' identity governance, access management, and cloud security needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with the Saviynt platform, and excellent communication skills.

    **Responsibilities:**

    1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, security policies, and regulatory compliance needs related to identity governance and access management.

    2. Configure and customize the Saviynt platform to meet clients' specific requirements, including role-based access control (RBAC), entitlement management, access certification, and risk-based access control.

    3. Integrate Saviynt with clients' existing IT systems, applications, and cloud platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability and data synchronization.

    4. Develop and execute implementation plans, including installation, configuration, testing, and deployment of the Saviynt platform.

    5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the implementation process, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.

    6. Conduct user training sessions to educate clients' IT teams on Saviynt functionality, administration, and best practices.

    7. Document implementation processes, configurations, and customizations, ensuring comprehensive and accurate documentation for future reference.

    8. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, consulting, and support, to ensure successful delivery of Saviynt implementations and customer satisfaction.

    9. Stay current with Saviynt product updates, new features, and best practices, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills related to the platform.

    10. Provide feedback to Saviynt product management and engineering teams on product enhancements, usability improvements, and customer requirements.

    **Qualifications:**

    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    2. Minimum of 3 -4 years of experience in implementing identity governance and access management solutions.

    3. Hands-on experience with the Saviynt platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.

    4. Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices.

    5. Experience with cloud security concepts and technologies is a plus.

    6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

    7. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.

    8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    9. Relevant certifications such as Saviynt Certified Engineer (SCE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar certifications preferred.

    10. Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as needed.
