    Role Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager/Scrum Master to ensure the effective implementation of Agile processes and facilitate successful project delivery.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Project Management principles, including Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Risk, and Resources, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    As a key facilitator for our offshore delivery team in professional services, you will coordinate with internal teams and leverage your technical competency, project planning, and execution skills to drive project success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as Project Manager/Scrum Master for one or more projects, guiding teams on Scrum values, practices, and rules, and facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
    • Ensure the application of Scrum processes and facilitate continuous improvement within the team.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet customer expectations.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.

    Requirements:

    • B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA degree
    • Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a Delivery Manager/Scrum Master/Project Manager role for an enterprise software development company
    • Experience rising to a Delivery Manager/Project Manager/Scrum Master role from a technical background (Development/Quality Engineering)
    • Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, etc.
    • CSM/CSP certification from the Scrum Alliance or PMI's Agile Certified Professional (ACP) certification

    Desired Skills:

    • Strong leadership and soft skills, including moderation, facilitation, presentation, continual improvement, communication, and conflict management
    • Empowerment, servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and increasing transparency
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
