Responsible for end to end production of Aluminium Doors & Windowsefforts across handling entire spectrum of functions pertaining to production planning and control thereby ensuring strict adherence to the time schedule, quality standards and total productivity maintenance whilst achieving pre-set production target; facilitated the process of budgeting, getting approval, technical negotiations and finalizing the orders for capital equipments.a key role in scheduling, planning, and implementing master production schedule to ensure smooth production according to the market requirements and maintaining quality of finished product.existing systems & procedures and designing internal controls/quality audit checks for various operational areas for achieving higher operational efficiency, resource rationalization and cost for inspection, shutdown jobs preparation & execution, Breakdown analysis & action plans and preparing annual maintenance plansdoor window fabrication with preparation of experience in managing the entire process of production involving planning schedules, deploying manpower & acquiring materials for timely completion of production targets.prototype samples, pilot lot and get approval from customer & ensuring smooth daily schedule hold discussions with production department on lead time taken to make a component, update revision of drawings and release work allocation of work and plan day to day requirements as per production requirement and improving quality in products and Reduction of Product Cost through innovative methods.frequent quality improvements, productivity improvements, setup time reduction, multi machines balancing and actively responsible for meeting day-to-day production target through effective production planning and coordination with various departments.operational efficiency by enhancing capacity utilization, reducing rejections and non-value-added activities and logistics improvement.
