Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public spaces, and other hotel areas.
• Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously to enhance their experience.
• Stock housekeeping carts and ensure all supplies are adequately replenished.
• Move freely within assigned areas, performing duties independently to keep spaces guest-ready.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure safety and consistency.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional conduct in appearance and communication.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, actively engaging in a hands-on approach to work.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned to support team and business goals.
