Online SalesGrowth: Target: Achieve a monthly increase of 15% in online salesrevenue through directto consumer channels leveraging digitalmarketing strategies and customer engagement initiatives. 2.Website Traffic and Conversion Rate: Target: Increase websitetraffic by 20% quarterly and improve the conversion rate by 2%optimizing the user experience and implementing conversion rateoptimization (CRO) strategies. 3.
