JobSummary:The NSO Corporate Bartender holds acrucial role in providing topnotch beverage services within thecorporate premises of the National Security Organization. Theincumbent is responsible for preparing and serving a variety ofbeverages including alcoholic and nonalcoholic options whilemaintaining a professional and confidentialenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities:

1. Prepare menu ofbeverages including cocktails mocktails coffees teas and otherspecialty drinks adhering to established recipes and companystandards.
2. Travel to outlet as and whenrequired.
3. Maintain a clean organized andwellstocked bar area ensuring proper inventory management rotationof supplies and adherence to hygiene and safety standards on theoutlet.
4. Collaborate with the catering or eventsteam to coordinate beverage services for corporate events meetingsand functions ensuring timely delivery and setup as per clientrequirements.
5. Assist in maintaining andupdating beverage menus suggesting new offerings and incorporatingseasonal or trending items to enhance the beverage serviceexperience.
6. Work collaboratively with otherteam members including servers kitchen staff and management toensure seamless operations and exceptional customersatisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Highschool diploma or equivalent; additional education or certificationin bartending hospitality or a related field ispreferred.
2. Proven experience as a bartender ina corporate or upscale setting with a strong knowledge of beveragepreparation techniques cocktail recipes and customer serviceprinciples.
3. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionallywith corporate clients guests andcolleagues.
4. Detailoriented and organized withthe ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environmentwhile maintaining high standards of quality andpresentation.
5. Strong problemsolving skills andthe ability to handle challenging situations with tact diplomacyand discretion.
6. Flexible availability to workdaytime evening and occasional weekend shifts as required bycorporate events and functions.
7. Must possessrelevant bartending licenses or certifications as required by localregulations and companypolicies.
