Job description.

1. Work closely with leadership and teams to improve work relationships, build morale/culture and increase productivity and retention.

2. Review and analyze people-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

3. Ensure seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes within the BU.

4. Take active part in the design of the HR Strategic Business Plan and manage the execution of the plan.

5. Employee engagement, Stakeholder Management, Performance Management.

6.Excellent analytical, operational and leadership skills

7.Should have global market intelligence, knowledge of industry best practices and trends
