    SF Release Manager with minimum experience of 4+ yrs.' in Devops profile.


    Expected Role:
    Responsible for ensuring the security and stability of Salesforce production environments.
    Expertise with the ability to look across the Salesforce platform to help drive continuous improvements and best practices.

    The candidate is expected to follow industry best practices for implementing and managing release processes for configuration and code through all environments and to help shape processes in order to continue building our Salesforce footprint.


    Responsibilities:
    Plan and execute scheduled releasesDefine and manage change control processes for development and release readiness criteria and ensure all changes meet criteria prior to deploymentFacilitate release activities across all Salesforce development ensuring quality and timely deployments across environmentsEnsure version control is utilized properly to maintain artifact history per requirementsAssume ownership and continuous improvement of the release process by documenting release issues and developing plans to improve process or automationEnsure the SFDC scheduled updates are considered when deployment schedule is plannedReview SFDC release notes to understand new features and are communicated to stakeholdersPrepare release notes and communicate release progress/status to StakeholdersAllocate environments for projects and oversee maintenance activities for the duration of the project

    Skills Required for Salesforce Release Management:
    We are looking for individuals experienced in both the Git Branching Model as well as in

    Salesforce (both as developer and administrator).

    The Salesforce certifications (recommended) required are:Salesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Certified Platform Developer ISalesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment DesignerHands-on experience with a source control tool, Git Branching Model and how to use it together with the Salesforce CLI is also mandatory.
