Roleand ResponsibilitiesAs a LeadQA you will play a pivotal role in our organization. Yourresponsibilities willinclude:

• Developing and implementingcomprehensive test plans and strategies for both automated andmanual testing
• Collaborating with projectmanagers developers and business analysts to understand projectrequirements and define testing scope
• Leadingand guiding the testing team in executing test cases both automatedand manual to verify software functionality performance andreliability
• Developing and maintainingautomated test scripts and frameworks using industrystandard toolsand best practices
• Continuously improving andexpanding test automation coverage to increase testingefficiency
• Allocating testing tasks settingpriorities and monitoring teamperformance
• Ensuring that testing processes andresults are welldocumented for audit and compliancepurposes
• Participating in project meetings andproviding testing status updates tostakeholders
• Implementing and enforcing qualityassurance processes and best practices across the testingteam

CandidateQualificationsWe are lookingfor candidates who meet the followingqualifications:

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering or a relatedfield
• 5 years of proven experience in bothautomated and manual testing with a strong understanding of testingmethodologies and best practices
• Experiencewith test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium POM JUnitTestNG)
• Strong leadership and team managementskills
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Knowledge of softwaredevelopment life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrummethodologies
• Attention to detail and acommitment to delivering highqualityresults
