    Brief

    We seek a highly experienced and resultdriven MARCOMManager to join our marketing team You will be solely responsiblefor setting up implementing and managing the communications &PR strategy of the organization.

    We expect you to develop and execute a resultsdrivenmultiplatform communications strategy and plan in line withcorporate and brand directions while reflecting localpriorities.

    JobDescription

    1. Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams and external agencies to ensureconsistent brand messaging and communication. Manage and track theoutput of the external agencies.
    2. Create &manage all marketing materials brochures/catalogs datasheetsmanuals etc. in line with brand guidelines. Coordinate the design& copy with content writers & 3rd party agencies.Distribute in online and offline channels.
    3. Track & update the expenditure of the Marketingfunction.
    4. Work with vendors/agencies to createcommunications/marketing activities and develop supportingassets.
    5. Develop implement monitor and evaluatecommunications strategy to support the corporate objectives andmaximize positive exposure in national and international markets.Ensure endtoend execution of the campaigns and announcements.Research and gather opportunities for sponsorships. Build andmaintain relationships with journalists influencers etc.
    6. Work closely with the stakeholders to close theEvents/Seminars/Trade Shows calendar. Plan events from start tofinish according to requirements target audience and objectives.Prepare budgets and ensure adherence. Source and negotiate withvendors and suppliers. Coordinate all operations. Ensure the eventgets completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems if needbe. Analyze the events success Track ROI and preparereports.
    7. Identify the target audience and growour email database. Design and implement direct email marketingcampaigns newsletters etc. Analyze campaign performance and suggestimprovements.
    8. Generate customerinquiries/leads gather requirements qualify and align them toregional sales teams. Report on sales revenue generated fromoffline/online marketing efforts.

    Qualification andExperience

    • A degree incommunications/marketing business administration or a relatedfield.
    • Minimum 68 years of experience in asimilar role corporate communications / publicrelations.
    • Proficient in developing executingand measuring demandgeneration programs to keep customers andprospects engaged throughout the funnel.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Ability toattend and conduct presentations
    • Goodunderstanding of the B2B media landscape.
    • Ability to identify and work with external partners andagencies.
    • Should be able to multitaskseamlessly and manage multiple projects.
    • Goodorganizational and timemanagement skills.
    • Mustbe a team player who is eager to learn and grow.
    • Must have experience in endtoend planning and executingroadshows/events/trade shows
    • Strong knowledgeof content development.
    • High level ofattention to detail including a proven ability to manage multipleand competing priorities simultaneously

    Technicalskills

    • Must haveproficiency in Email Marketing Tools like Hubspot / Brevo /Mailchimp etc.
    • Good knowledge of MicrosoftOffice.
