    Job Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to join our team at Bhopal Motors Pvt. Ltd. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
    • Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner
    • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
    • Fluent in Hindi and English (additional languages will be a plus)

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products and services.
    • Answer incoming calls and address customer queries and concerns
    • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism
    • Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the database
    • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales growth
    • Follow up with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and potential leads
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
