Job Description:

• Candidates with 6+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 4+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Security Business process knowledge and experience.
• Should have completed at least 2 end-to-end implementations in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Security module.
• Collaborating with functional configuration specialists and the business team to comprehend and make sure users have enough rights to carry out their responsibilities and tasks within the system.
• Configure security functionality to enhance business processes across all HCM modules which includes Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, Talent, Performance and Goals, Data Analytics, Manager Self Service and Employee Self Service.
• Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of security functionality within the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Application.
• Provide expertise and support in managing and implementing security user roles, privileges, dynamic security auto provisioning/deprovisioning, and dynamic role mapping.
• Should have experience in Creating/Modifying Data roles and its Security Profiles, Job Roles, Application Roles, and Duty Roles.
• Should have Strong knowledge on data security policies, function security policies and segregation of duties.
• Experience in Security Profiles, Roles, Responsibility and User administration activities.
• Should be expert in Roles and User administration activities, Single Sign-On, Auto Provisioning Rules, assign Data Security context, etc.
• Experience in securing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) reports, data models, subject areas analysis, OTBI reporting.
• Should have good knowledge and experience in Custom flex fields.
• Candidate should have good knowledge and experience in Personalization.
• Good to have knowledge in HDL Data Load.
• Good to have knowledge in OTBI/BI reports.
• Good to have workflow knowledge and experience.
• Should have basic SQL knowledge and experience.
• Should have good communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The candidate should interact with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
