    Position Overview:

    Seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Leadership Hiring to join the Talent Acquisition team. This role will be pivotal in driving talent acquisition strategy, particularly in identifying and attracting top-tier leadership talent to support growth and expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive-level recruitment within the IT services industry, coupled with exceptional leadership and strategic capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive leadership hiring strategy to meet the organization's talent acquisition objectives.
    • Lead end-to-end executive recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Collaborate closely with senior management to understand hiring needs and define role requirements for leadership positions.
    • Build and maintain a robust network of executive-level candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to create compelling employer branding initiatives and enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
    • Utilize data-driven insights and market intelligence to drive informed decision-making and optimize recruitment outcomes.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in executive recruitment and talent management.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 14 years of experience in leadership hiring, with a focus on the IT services or technology industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior-level executives, including C-suite and VP-level positions.
    • Deep understanding of executive search methodologies, candidate assessment techniques, and negotiation strategies.
    • Strong business acumen and the ability to align talent acquisition initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
    • Proficiency in leveraging technology and analytics tools to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes.
