    About the Position

    The ideal candidate will be a Post Grad with a Marketing/ Brand/ Marketing Communications background in a brand solutions/ marcom role in media/ planning role in a creative agency. Must have a creative and solution mindset, be digitally savvy along with a strong bias to action. Earlier experience of having worked in cross functional teams and/ or digital marcom experience will be an added plus.

    Areas of Responsibility

    1. This is a Innovations & Strategy + Marketing communications.
    2. The ideal person will generate Innovative concepts in response to specific client brief(s) or based on proactive identification of needs.
    3. Collaborate with Response sales, creative and other internal stakeholders (Brand, Edit, Production, B&C, Legal etc) and facilitate successful execution of allocated briefs. Handle practical aspects of day-to-day Innovation conversations.
    4. Package and present ideas in a persuasive manner for a client buy-in.
    5. Track and maintain a healthy pipeline for Proactive Innovation conversations to develop monetizable Innovation concepts of high creative value.
    6. Track Innovation stories and best practices within and outside of BCCL. Create and send out emailers on BCCL Innovation caselets (for information sharing within Response).
    7. Track Innovative digital-first campaigns by clients across the board and facilitate Print plus Digital ideation for Innovation Briefs.

    Educational Qualifications Required

    MBA in Marketing Communication/ Marketing.

    Relevant Experience

    8-10 years work experience in a Brand Solutions/ Marketing Communications role in media/ planning role in a creative agency.
