We are looking for a proactive and skilled individual to take on the role of Lead Engineer. You will be involved in building and developing the entire workflow of our flagship medical device's software and hardware. As our core engineer, you will set the development roadmap, evaluate concepts, build prototypes, and define the testing strategy. Our Goals:
Optimize, miniaturize, and test the current system.
Research, evaluate, and source electronic components based on project requirements, quality standards, and cost considerations.
Collaborate with manufacturing partners to transfer designs to production, resolve manufacturing challenges, and support product ramp-up and mass production.
Conduct component feasibility studies, including analysis of datasheets, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure compatibility and suitability for projects.
Develop Design History File, Verification and Validation, drawings, and data collection tools to support regulatory submission and clearance (CDSCO).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Electronics Engineering/Biomedical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or any related field.2-3 years of industry experience in hardware design and firmware development.

Experience with microcontroller-based embedded systems (e.g., Atmega and ESP32).Understanding of hardware-software interaction and debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.).Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, and UART) and peripheralinterfaces.

Experience in programming languages such as C++ and Python for embedded platforms.
Proficiency in PCB design software such as DipTrace, Altium Designer, OrCAD, etc.
Understand startup culture and ways of working.
