    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Handle Admin Work
    • Do Follow-ups as the given work
    • Monitor the Office work properly
    • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
    • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
    • Should be multi-tasking
    • Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting
    • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
    • Retrieve documents and files when requested
    • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
    • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
    • Coordinating events as necessary.
