Mainresponsibilities of theJob:1. Develop and facilitate the network ofsite HSSE practitioners2. Delivering supportto the organization to ensure HSSE regulatory compliance ismaintained by monitoring the requirements of all interested parties(e.g. governmental agencies local authorities insurance CompaniesGroup etc.) and by assisting with the development and management ofregulatory compliance programs for HSSE relatedtopics3. Partner with business andfunctional leaders to establish/enhance crisis management responseincluding incident investigation to ensure thorough rootcauseanalysis and comprehensive correctiveaction4. Report serious incidents to therelevant functional heads and liaise with local authorities forinvestigation and inspections whenrequired5. Carrying out regular inspectionsand audits 6. Organize the HSSE risk and impact analysis and ensurelocal action plans are implemented7. Developand maintain the HSSE Management System8.Ensure a policy of continuous improvement is applied toHSSE9. Define implement and monitor a yearlyHSSE action plan at each site.10. DeliverHSSE training to managers and employees11.Collect analyze and track performance KPIs for continuousimprovement and Group reporting12. Activelyparticipates in the HSSE network taking part in monthly meetingsbenchmarking and expertise sharing13.Cascade Group initiatives and programs to all sites ensuringmaterials are suitable and available foruse
