- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
- Proficiency in process modeling and simulation software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow
- Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Design and implement automated systems to improve production efficiency
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and technologies
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
