Role andResponsibilities:As an MFNNMi Resource L2 your key responsibilities willinclude:

• MF NNMi Support: ProvidingLevel 2 support for the MF NNMi tool including incident resolutionproblem analysis andtroubleshooting.
• Collaborating with Level 1support and other IT teams to ensure timely and effectiveresolution of network managementissues.
• Conducting root cause analysis forrecurring incidents and implementing preventivemeasures.
• Configuration and Optimization:Configuring and optimizing the MF NNMi tool to meet the evolvingneeds of the organization.
• Implementing bestpractices for the configuration and use of the MF NNMi tool toenhance network monitoringcapabilities.

CandidateQualifications:

• AnyBachelor s degree
• Proven experience insupporting and maintaining the Micro Focus Network Node Manager itool.
• Indepth knowledge of network managementprinciples and protocols.
• Strongtroubleshooting and analyticalskills.
• Familiarity with SNMP Syslog and othernetwork monitoring protocols.
• Excellentcommunication and collaborationskills.
