    Sales Head ( Electronics )


    Responsibilities:

    Financial:

    • Architect and execute robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase offline revenue across India.
    • Continually analyze financial performance and adjust strategies to ensure profitability.

    Customer:

    • Manage and expand distributor networks, ensuring deep market penetration and brand presence.
    • Maintain and improve business relationships with current and prospective partners (LFR/GT/Others) across formats.

    Internal:

    • Lead initiatives for process improvement to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Ensure adherence to internal processes and policies, maintaining high standards of operation.

    Learning & People:

    • Invest in team development, providing training and development opportunities to nurture skills and drive performance.
    • Lead the sales team with a focus on team management, setting objectives, and offering feedback to foster a culture of growth and achievement.

    Qualifications:

    • MBA in Sales and Marketing or related field.
    years of proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably at a national level.

    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
    • Extensive knowledge of the consumer electronics industry, market trends, and distribution channels.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management.
