    Job Description :

    As a member of our team you will focus on solving organisational problems by analysing data in a structured manner.

    The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an early-stage start-up, working directly with clients across b2b and b2c industries.

    Here is a ground floor level opportunity to be part of a growing company that aims to impact decision making using data in large organisations. We are looking for a senior business analyst to support our client success team.

    The senior business analyst will work with a domain consultant and own the delivery of solutions. They are critical in framing analysis requirements, assessing data availability, and leading solution development.

    The senior business analyst works along with a team of data analysts in delivering quality outputs to our clients.

    Responsibilities :

    Oversee the technical aspects of bi tool implementation, ensuring scalability, reliability, and effectiveness.

    Project coordination :

    Work closely with sales and data teams to identify potential projects, participate in proposal development, and ensure project requirements are met.

    BI Strategy Development :

    Contribute to the development of the bi strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

    Data Analysis and Reporting :

    Lead efforts in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

    Client engagement :

    Engage with clients to understand bi needs and offer solutions aligned with their business objectives.

    Team collaboration :

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution, from proposal to final delivery.

    Training and development :

    Provide training and guidance to team members on bi tools and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

    Requirements :

    Proven 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with a strong background in tableau.

    Expertise in bi tools and platforms (tableau, power bi, qlikview).

    Strong analytical skills, project management, and coordination skills.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.

    Business development experience is highly desirable.

    Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or related field.
