    We are seeking a Business Execution Manager to lead complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business.

    • Manage and develop high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
    • Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development.
    • Makes decisions and resolves issues regarding team operations to meet business objectives.
    • Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with the company's business line objectives.
    • Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross-functional business partners.
    • Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to strategy and execution.
    • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution.
    • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage a complex documentation review of customer accounts.
    • Share leadership role with managers to oversee a portfolio of accounts.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the portfolio.
    • Review and analyze the decision process for customer accounts and evaluate the profitability and risk of designated portfolios.
    • Verify compliance and report identified issues for resolution.
    • Makes decisions on complex customer issues.
    • Partner with other managers within the Credit Execution and Administration team to work on day-to-day work and resolve issues and provide status updates on implementations.
    • Guide the team to work on Loan IQ, Post Booking Certifications, System-of-records, and System of Origin and work on aligned remediations.
    • Develop expertise in policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
    • Handle complex customer issues which include escalation and resolution.
    • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
    • Lead the team with guidance, policies, and daily support.
    • Interact with internal customers.
    • Receive direction from leaders.
    • Exercise independent judgment while developing knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

    Job Expectations

    • People management experience.
    • Experience in handling loan documentation, loan IQ, post booking certification.
    • Good understanding of CIB product portfolio both on loans and IB products.
