o Feature Enhancement Roadmap
o Alliances and Partnerships for Business and RMS Growth
o Identifying the market opportunity – customer segments and product / features to grow the revenue
o Establish key messaging / branding for product
Manage the lifecycle of the product
Operational Support, end to end process
Monitor & Drive Initiatives to continuously improve customer experience
# P&L:
– Plan & Deliver the profitability targets for the product
– Identify & Drive Key Cost efficiency initiatives for the respective costs
– Continuously drive to improve cost structure so as to keep the product profitable and
competitive in the market
