Role: Client Relationship Officer
Location: Rupa Renaissance, Navi Mumbai
Working Days: 1st & 3rd week (6 Days), 2nd & 4th week (5 days)
Working Hours: 12:00 Noon - 9:30 PM

Salary: up to 40,000 for the right candidates.

About Position: We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive individuals to achieve sales targets consistently.

Duties and Responsibilities Summary:

• Able to identify investors and potential clients.
• Able to filter clients to invest in the UAE market.
• Achieving daily calling targets.
• Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.
• Manage a portfolio of listings.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.
• Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience is preferred.
• Well-presented and a good work ethic.
• Has excellent problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
• Possesses excellent organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication.
• Working knowledge of computers, such as MS Office.

Education and Professional Qualifications: Any bachelor's degree.
