    Description

    Note:

    This position needs someone who can work in U.S. Eastern time to support clients.

    This Position can also be a Hybrid/Remote opportunity (Hyderabad/Gurugram/Bengaluru).

    Responsibilities:


    • Coordinate with the Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) and Transition Manager to ensure established processes are followed


    • Analysis of data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and coordinate with the SDMs to implement the improvements


    • Management and tracking of routine system activities necessary for AMS operational success (E.G., ensuring adherence to timelines for patch updates, sandbox refreshes, documentation reviews, etc.)


    • Assist the SDMs with the tracking and adherence to AMS guidelines (monitoring, SLA tracking, service reporting, compliance and periodic activities, and documentation & knowledge management)
