- Proven experience 15 years intalent acquisition or recruitment leadership roles preferablywithin oil and gas or heavy industries sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes techniquesand best practices.
- Excellent leadership andpeople management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate ateam.
- Strategic thinker with the ability todevelop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
