    One of our prestigious clients in theMaritime Industry is looking to hire aGeneral Manager Talent Acquisition tobe based in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    JobSummary:

    As theGeneral Manager Talent Acquisition youwill be responsible for developing and executing comprehensivetalent acquisition strategies to attract assess and hire qualifiedcandidates for various positions within the organization. You willlead a team of recruiters and collaborate closely with departmentheads to understand their hiring needs and priorities. This rolerequires a strategic mindset exceptional leadership abilities and adeep understanding of talent acquisition bestpractices.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effectivetalent acquisition strategies aligned with the companys goals andobjectives.
    • Lead and manage the recruitmentteam providing guidance coaching and support to ensure highperformance and productivity.
    • Partner withsenior management and department heads to understand current andfuture hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plansaccordingly.
    • Oversee the full recruitmentlifecycle including job posting sourcing screening interviewing andoffer negotiation.
    • Utilize various recruitmentchannels and techniques to attract top talent including job boardssocial media networking referrals and industry events.
    • Build and maintain relationships with externalrecruitment agencies universities and other talent sources toexpand the candidate pipeline.
    • Develop andimplement employer branding initiatives to enhance the companysreputation as an employer of choice.
    • Monitorrecruitment metrics and analyze data to identify areas forimprovement and optimize recruitment processes.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices intalent acquisition and incorporate them into the companysrecruitment strategies.
    • Ensure compliance withall relevant employment laws and regulations throughout therecruitment process.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Human ResourcesBusiness Administration or a related field. Masters degreepreferred.
    • Proven experience 15 years intalent acquisition or recruitment leadership roles preferablywithin oil and gas or heavy industries sector.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes techniquesand best practices.
    • Excellent leadership andpeople management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate ateam.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability todevelop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills withthe ability to build relationships at all levels of theorganization.
    • Resultsoriented mindset with afocus on driving continuous improvement and achieving recruitmenttargets.
    • Familiarity with recruitmenttechnology and tools including applicant tracking systems (ATS) andrecruitment marketing platforms.
    • Knowledge ofSaudi labor laws and regulations is preferred.
    • Preference will be given to Saudinationals for this role in compliance with localregulations.
