*Position Overview:*
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at our office in Gurgaon, Haryana. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete accounts of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant financial standards and regulations.
*Responsibilities:*
Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Assist with budget preparation and monitor expenses.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Assist with year-end audits and tax filings.
Perform any other ad hoc accounting tasks as required.
*Requirements:*
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Working knowledge of GST (Goods and Services Tax), TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), ESI (Employee State Insurance), and PF (Provident Fund).
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Salary Range:*
The salary for this position ranges from INR 3.36 lakhs per annum to INR 4.2 lakhs per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
