    Key Responsibilities:

    • P&L - Leading the complete business operations for the city which includes 'acquire' and 'sell' transactions thus making revenue for the company.
    • Building Team - Onboard and groom a team of managers and executives across verticals with an objective to have dominance in the Gurugram region across micro markets
    • System and processes - Develop strong tracking mechanism to identify leakages and growth opportunities.
    • Channel development and performance - Leading the channel strategy for the region including target setting, incentive structure and growing the broker network
    • Sales and Strategy - Building top line while looking for strategic alliances and collaborations.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduation + MBA (sales and marketing preferred)
    2. 5+ years of working in real estate sector


    • Proven track record of generating revenue in real estate transactions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Hunger for learning and a proactive, self-starter mentality
