We have openings for Channel Sales Executive (CSE) positions
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build strong relationships with top CPs, set sales targets, and incentivize based on GGD Policy.
2. Assist the CP Manager in developing and executing strategies for CPs.
3. Provide marketing collaterals to CPs and support them with detailed project information, including benefits of working with Goel Ganga Developments.
4. Accompany CPs for client meetings and effectively communicate project details and advantages.
5. Identify, source, and onboard new channel partners within the assigned territory, highlighting the unique selling points of GGD projects.
6. Keep CPs updated on market developments and competitor activities, positioning GGD offerings effectively.
7. Handle client inquiries, provide comprehensive product details via SMS/email, and ensure follow-ups for site visits.
8. Manage online CP inquiries and maintain a database of leads.
9. Conduct periodic market research and submit monthly reports showcasing GGD's competitive edge.
10. Organize CP meets and ensure effective outcomes in the cluster by emphasizing the value proposition of GGD developments.
Academic eligibility – Graduation/Post Graduation
Min. Experience – 3 to 7 years in Real Estate Industry
