Role Description
As an Architect working on mobile application concept development and product development in a high-growth startup revolutionizing the construction maintenance and health industries, your primary responsibility is to spearhead the transformation towards a proactive preventive approach to structural issues in constructed properties. Your duties include:
**Mobile Application Concept Development:** Lead the ideation and conceptualization of the mobile application, ensuring alignment with the mission and vision of the startup.
**Prototype Development:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes of the mobile application, iterating based on user feedback and market research.
**Product Development:** Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from design to deployment, ensuring the final product meets user needs and business objectives.
**Achieving Product-Market Fit (PMF):** Drive efforts to achieve product-market fit by acquiring an initial user base of 1000 property owners, leveraging data-driven insights and user feedback to refine the product offering.
**Promoting Preventive Solutions:** Advocate for the shift from reactive "cure-based" approaches to proactive preventive solutions, educating property owners on the benefits of early intervention and maintenance.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all aspects of the product development and launch process.
**User Experience (UX) Design:** Prioritize user experience and interface design to create an intuitive and engaging mobile application that resonates with property owners.
