Global Senior Developer Integration

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior ServiceNow Integration Developer to join our dynamic team and lead the design and development of integration solutions for our clients' ServiceNow environments.

As a Senior ServiceNow Integration Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that connect ServiceNow with other systems and applications. You will work closely with clients, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect scalable integration solutions, and deliver high-quality code that meets client needs.

Essential job duties

Integration Solution Design:

• with clients and architects to understand integration requirements and design scalable and robust integration solutions for ServiceNow.
• integration architecture diagrams, data mappings, and technical specifications.

Integration Development:

• the development of integration solutions using ServiceNow integration capabilities, including Integration Hub, Integration APIs, and MID Servers.
• custom connectors, scripts, and workflows to facilitate data exchange between ServiceNow and external systems.

Technical Leadership:

• technical leadership and guidance to development teams on ServiceNow integration best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
• junior developers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Customization and Configuration:

• and configure ServiceNow integration features and functionalities to meet specific client requirements.
• custom code, business rules, and scripts to extend integration capabilities and address complex integration scenarios.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• and execute comprehensive test plans to validate integration solutions and ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.

Educational Qualifications and Other Requirements:

A degree holder in business or computer science or equivalent experience.

Proven experience (6-10 years) in ServiceNow integration development, with a focus on designing and implementing complex integration solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Strong proficiency in ServiceNow integration capabilities, including Integration Hub, Integration APIs, MID Servers, and web services.

Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Scripted REST API, and other ServiceNow development technologies.

Proficiency in integration protocols and standards such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.

Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
