Job Summary:

Were seekinga Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a minimum of 6 years ofexperience to join our team remotely. In this role youll beinstrumental in pushing the boundaries of machine learninginnovation. Collaborating closely with toptier researchers softwareengineers and data scientists youll lead the development andimplementation of advanced machine learning models to tacklecomplex challenges in the field.

KeyResponsibilities:

Mastery of Large LanguageModels (LLMs):

• Demonstrate deepproficiency in LLM architectures such as Transformers GPT variantsand BERT encompassing attention mechanisms and positionalencodings.
• Utilize advanced pretrained modelslike GPT4 BERT with expertise in optimization techniques likequantization and distillation.
• Showcase atrack record of finetuning LLMs for specialized tasks and adaptingmodels to specific industry or domain requirements.
• Exhibit extensive experience in comprehensive trainingfrom scratch including complex data handling computationalchallenges model stability and advanced hyperparameteroptimization.

Research andAlgorithm Development:

• Driveinnovation in designing and implementing machine learningalgorithms with a focus on fairness andinterpretability.
• Oversee data managementensuring quality compliance and implementing advanced datapreprocessing techniques.

ModelImplementation and Validation:

• Develop scalable and efficient machine learning modelsusing advanced frameworks.
• Implement rigorousvalidation processes to maintain model integrity.
• Lead model optimization efforts for enhancedcomputational efficiency and accuracy collaborating withinfrastructure teams for largescale model deployment.

Deployment:

• Translate research algorithms into productionlevel codeensuring seamless integration into Qx Lab AIs platforms.
• Collaborate with DevOps for cloudbased deploymentprioritizing maintainability and robustness.

Performance Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Create tools for continuous model performancemonitoring.
• Proactively address performanceissues and update models based on metrics and new data.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Engage with various teams and stakeholders tointegrate machine learning solutions into broaderoperations.
• Clearly communicate complexmachine learning concepts to diverse audiences.

Continued Learning and Mentorship:

• Stay abreast of the latest developments inmachine learning and related fields.
• Mentorand guide junior engineers and interns fostering a culture oflearning and growth.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer ScienceEngineering Statistics or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in machine learning or arelated field.
• Proficiency in Python C orsimilar languages.
• Extensive experience withTensorFlow PyTorch or similar frameworks.
• Deepunderstanding of machine learning algorithms andprinciples.
• Demonstrated expertise inLLMs.
• Familiarity with cloud computingservices (AWS Azure GCP etc.).
• Strong grasp ofsoftware engineering best practices.
• Exceptional problemsolving skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communicationskills.

Preferred:
