    We are not looking for just a coordinator — we're hiring an
    execution-focused Project Manager

    who understands how digital marketing and web development actually work behind the scenes.

    If you can manage complex client projects, understand technical dependencies, challenge teams with the right questions, and ensure high-quality delivery across marketing and development, this role is for you.

    YOU WILL BE LEADING

    You will drive end-to-end execution across digital marketing campaigns and web development projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between SEO specialists, performance marketers, designers, developers, and content teams.

    This is a client-facing leadership role where delivery ownership, technical clarity, and a strong execution mindset are essential.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end delivery of digital marketing and web development projects
    • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
    • Translate marketing and business goals into structured execution workflows
    • Coordinate daily with SEO, Paid Media, Content, Design, and Development teams
    • Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and progress tracking
    • Review project deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and quality standards
    • Manage client communication, reporting, and expectation setting
    • Identify risks, manage scope changes, and resolve delivery blockers
    • Maintain clear documentation and internal workflow processes

    Technical Skills and Expertise

    • Understanding of SEO workflows, including on-page, technical SEO, and content mapping
    • Knowledge of paid media execution and tracking fundamentals (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
    • Strong familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar
    • Understanding of web development lifecycle — UI/UX → Frontend → Backend → QA → Deployment
    • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, event tracking, and conversion pixels
    • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for validation and coordination

    Tools & Platforms

    Project Management:
    Click Up, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar

    Analytics & Tracking:
    Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Conversion API

    Marketing Platforms:
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GMB, GMC

    CMS & Web:
    WordPress, Shopify, or similar ecosystems

    Preferred / Good-to-Have

    • Agency experience managing multiple clients and parallel projects
    • Exposure to eCommerce platforms, CRM tools, or marketing automation systems
    • Agile/Scrum workflow experience
    • Experience working with international clients
