Salary : Upto 36 LPA

Roles and responsibilities :

Gather business and functional requirements from external and/or internal customers and end-users, and translate requirements into technical specifications to build robust, scalable, supportable solutions

Provide design reviews for other engineers, including feedback on architecture and design issues, as well as integration, performance, and scalability.

Serve as technical lead throughout the full development lifecycle, end-to-end, from scoping, planning, conception, design, implementation, and testing, to documentation, delivery, and maintenance.

Manage engineers on multiple technical projects and ensure schedules, milestones, and priorities are compatible with technology and business goals.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or related field Your years of experience, pedigree, and last role are all good to know. But, what we truly value is your knowledge, ideation, agility, team spirit, can-do attitude and farsightedness.

Skills, Experience and behaviors :

5-8 years post-qualification experience in the startup ecosystem, experience in the Fintech space will be an advantage.

Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle.

Collaborate effectively with internal customers, other dependent development teams to develop new applications successfully.

Skills :

Java + Springboot must

Fluency in C++ or Java.

Passion for software craftsmanship that yields clean, elegant and maintainable code

You should be responsible, transparent, reliable & accountable with good stakeholder management skills.
