Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders,

to create user-centered designs for the B2B SaaS product

● Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback to identify pain points and

opportunities for improvement

● Use data-driven insights to inform design decisions.

● Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and

interactions effectively

● Develop visually appealing and consistent user interface designs that reflect the product's brand and

enhance the overall user experience

● Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system that ensures consistency and

efficiency across all product features and interactions

● Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to

continuously improve the product's design

Requirements:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field with a focus on human computer interaction

● 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design for B2B SaaS products, with a portfolio showcasing successful

projects and a strong understanding of design principles

● Demonstrated ability to apply user-centered design methodologies, conduct user research, and use

data to drive design decisions

● Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar

software and experience in creating interactive prototypes using tools like InVision, Principle

● Familiarity with design systems and their implementation in the design process

● Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with

cross-functional teams

● Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and innovatively

● Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
